Recently, Zhengde completed the shareholding reform and industrial and commercial change registration procedures, announcing the formal completion of the shareholding reform work that lasted more than half a year. From February 18, 2016, the original Shenzhen Zhengde Precision Technology Co., Ltd. was officially renamed "Shenzhen Zhengde Intelligent Control Co., Ltd.", and the company type was officially changed to a non-listed joint-stock company.
Starting in August last year, Zhengde began its shareholding reform. This shareholding reform will be very helpful to the long-term development of the company.
